Hi Pavel,

This should be fixed if you upgrade to the most recent version of FSLeyes available on neurodebian.

Cheers,

Paul

Dear FSL experts,

after an update to Ubuntu 17.10, FSLeyes stopped working properly. The
application itself loads normally. However, when trying to open a
NIFTI file, following error pops up:

An error occurred loading the image
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain_mask.nii.gz

Details: read_segments() takes exactly 3 arguments (4 given)

I also attach my diagnostic report.

I would be grateful for any help.

Cheers

Pavel
