Hi Tracey,

The most accessible volume (which I believe would be suitable for a
textbook, though is an edited volume) I can think of is the Biggs et al
2015 piece, Principles for Resilience Building.  It is not about a
disaster-based approach to resilience, however; it focuses on complex
adaptive systems and social-ecological resilience, stemming from classic
literature on this and bringing it up to the present.
