NERD-IT: NEw forms of Real time Data informing Innovative Tariffs
How a better understanding of energy behaviours can be used to inform more innovative tariffs?
An exciting PhD studentship on the scope of computational methods like machine learning or hierarchical analytic methods to analyse new forms of ‘big’ data to inform energy research is available
at Cranfield.
Funded via the Government’s National Productivity Investment Fund (NPIF), this studentship is placed at our DREAM (Data, Risk & Environmental Analytical Methods) doctoral training centre. The
successful applicant will benefit from specific courses, facilities and training events related to big data analytics that are organised and offered jointly by Cranfield, Newcastle, Cambridge and Birmingham universities. For details, please see
http://www.dream-cdt.ac.uk/studying/application/
Due to funding restrictions, all applications are due by the end of Friday (17 November). Feel free to get in touch with me ([log in to unmask])
for any queries.
