Replies from the University of Hertfordshire (and incorporating the two extra questions from Cardiff) 1. At what period (dates if possible) of the year does your graduation ceremony take place? September (off campus) and December (on campus). 2. Do you have any costs for guests to attend graduation and if so how much? No charge for students, £21 for guests attending September ceremonies, £21 for December or £5 for overflow room incl. refreshments 3. Do you have deadlines for graduands to confirm attendance, and, where there are costs, to pay for tickets? Deadline to register & pay 2-3 weeks before to allow time to prepare brochure, lists for presenters and sell extra tickets 4. Where there are costs, do you have "on the day" sales?
