Dear All

This is to inform you that applications for the next round of the January 2018 Calibre Leadership and Development Training Programme for disabled staff are now being taken. This course is suitable for those with disabilities and enables them to harness their uniquely individual differences in a positive way. This course discusses the social model of disability and looks at the way in which disabled people can develop strategies to overcome barriers and create positive change for the organisation as well as themselves.

For further details including a short video of the programme and how to apply please see this link<http://www.imperial.ac.uk/equality/support-for-staff/training/calibre/>.
