I'm working on extracting surface based morphometry data in CAT12 and I'm having some confusion about the split between right and left hemisphere thickness in the resulting files.
Do rh.thickness and lh.thickness files get combined at any point? If not, how can accurate statistical analyses across the whole brain be ensured?
