You can achieve this using the display function. Open a single example image. Then change the orientation (I used yaw to flip sagittal, 180 degrees = 3.14159 rads).
Once you transform a single image, you can apply this transform to many others. Or save the .mat file, and use another function (sorry I cannot recall at the moment which SPM function you should use, which allows a linear transform based on a .mat file, though there is one in there!)
Best of luck,

Subject: [SPM] Reorienting entire functional volumes by 180 degrees
Dear experts,
I need to reorient my functional volumes. In the sagittal view, the frontal side of the brain is facing to the right, and occipital to the left, I need to swap this direction. I would like to build this into a batch script. I assume I will need to use the “Reorient Images” function (Batch Editor >> SPM Util >> Reorient Images)? I have trouble finding more information on it, which Reorientation Matrix or Parameters to use. (The L-R example does not work)
Has anyone experience with this or have an alternative way of doing this?
I would be extremely grateful for some advise.
Thank you!
Meike
