Dear SPMers,

I maybe have a basic question, but so far I couldn’t figure out a satisfying solution.

I created my own atlas and now, I want to export labeled regions of a cluster image (exported from SnPM), for a results table.

- In CAT12 I could easily do this with spmT images and choose my atlas, using “Transform SPM-Map”, but this doesn't work with cluster images.
- In bspmVIEW and the SPM Anatomy Toolbox, I can use the cluster Images, but I can’t use my own atlas.
- In xjView I could do it manually, looking at the common regions of my cluster image and the predefined regions of my atlas sequentially.

Has anyone a proposal, how I could automatically label my cluster image, using my own atlas?

I appreciate your suggestions!

Best regards,

Marco
