Hi all, (I'm reposting this from an earlier email as I didn't get any responses) I just ran a full factorial on cortical thickness data prepared using CAT12. When I opened the SPM.mat file for the full factorial, it gave me an error saying "this model has not been estimated", even though there were no errors while I ran it. Does anyone know what might be going on? Many thanks, Victoria
