Hello everyone, I've received a request for advice regarding the Databrary Access Agreement and its consequences for the institution and its 'Authorized Organizational Representative' (http://databrary.org/access/policies/agreement.html) Has anyone had experience with their agreement and is there anything we should be particularly taking into account as an institution?
