I can access books and journals under IP authentication but Shibboleth is still throwing an unhandled server error.

Here at University of Liverpool we’re seeing the same as you – no access to content (books or journals we have bought or subscribed to) and the internal server error trying to access the admin site…

Hi,

I’m noticing we’re not getting access to the stuff we think we should in Springer, and when I try to get  into admin I’m getting “There was an internal server error.”  Is that the same as you are seeing?
