Dear GCG-listers,

A timely reminder that our Winter seminar and AGM will soon be upon us. The venue this year is Dublin, and the theme is "Making the most of a move" with talks, demonstrations and posters centered around moving large and small collections. The dates are Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th November.

You can find everything you need to know on our website at https://www.geocurator.org/agm2017

Our new online booking system is proving very popular, and for those of you not wishing to pay online, a variety of other payment methods are also available. Many of our committee are finding that flights are comparable in price, if not cheaper, than rail tickets!

Finally, we are also always on the lookout for new members to join our committee, again details can be found at the link above, and you should note that any nominations should be with the Committee Secretary, Sarah King ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) , by Tuesday 24th October. If you have any proposed items for inclusion on the agenda, Sarah will also be happy to deal with these.

The committee looks forward to seeing you in Dublin next month!
