We are doing a visual task and have used PPI in the past for analysis.  Before running PPI we always ran slice timing correction.  More recently, however, we have been acquiring data using 3x multiband (TR=2000).  We are trying to determine whether we can (or should) run slice timing correction on this multiband data prior to the PPI analysis.
