On the last page (19, 5.14) of the JCQ document ‘General Regulations for Approved Centres’, it states:

The centre agrees to
have readily available for inspection purposes and to draw to the attention of candidates and their parents/carers, a written
internal appeals procedure to manage disputes when a candidate disagrees with a centre decision not to support a clerical check, a review of moderation or an appeal;
Would any of you that have such a procedure, care to share it with a very lazy Exams Officer, looking forward to retirement at the end of the academic year?
