I rang them for something the other day and mentioned it and it wont be here till mid/end of October apparently – which is next week. Not really a lot of help for us and its not
as if the academic year has changed suddenly to catch them out with their printing. Its extremely annoying.
Sorry for the rant but a Head of Year has just really wound me up this morning over a mock season that has taken me weeks to prepare – he thinks one click and it is all magically done
and I can just magically change things and it will all work. Grrrrrrr – wheres the application form for Poundland!
