Im not sure it answers your question Cath, but I have just had a convo with someone in eprocessing at Pearson and she tells me that they have recently moved that the customer services function re entries up to Yorkshire and she thinks they may be doing some things slightly differently to the way the London office did.  We have certainly been notified that there was an issue with our GCSE file this time and my biggest gripe with Pearson in the past has been that they have not always notified us of problems within entry files and we have ended up with no papers/wrong papers, so this seems like an improvement to me.

Hope yours gets sorted J

Hi

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Pearson processing EDI files, I sent one last week and it has been showing as a query ever since.  I have rung them and they say that they have a backlog to work through.
