User led and inclusive? What does that mean beyond the jargon? What is a
cycling user, what is a non cycling abuser? I was reminded once a long time
ago that all this talk about users sounded like the same language used about
drug abusers, but there you go, when you are a hipster you don't notice the
dissonance.

I was a cyclist once, and maybe again one day, but you know I got rather
sickened back in the 80's by the born again cyclist cult, who were very very
ableist when it came down to it and could not accept that not everybody can
either ride a bike, afford one, or have somewhere to keep one. Dream on in
London, London is screwed, in twenty years most of it will be uninhabitable.
