It happened to me several times. For some reason, the option box seems to get checked automatically after a while.
@Hui : make sure to uncheck the option right before you run the analysis (Tools > Visibility > Run Visibility Graph Analysis) and not only before you create the connectivity map (Tools > Visibility > Make Visibility Graph).
For me, this works every time but if I only uncheck before the first step, it doesn’t work.

So if you start dX, uncheck the option, run your VGA analysis from the start again.. you don’t get all the measures?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to disable the simple measures mode by unchecking the box. But it automatically changed back and no other measures were provided as output. I have tried on both Windows and Mac versions. Same problem. Have you heard anyone else had similar problem before?

You can find the “Simple Measures” option in the Preferences/Options menu.
If you disable it and re-run the analysis you will file all the other measure available.
