Just been looking again at GDPR. Obviously they have changed the definition of personal data a little bit, but what had escaped me before today is that whereas the DPA used the phrase "living persons" this is now absent in the GDPR.
Does this means that data about deceased persons will now be classed as personal data as well?
Or have I misunderstood?
