Back in January 2017, the centenary of the US's 1917 Immigration Act, also known as the Asiatic Barred Zone Act - curtailing immigration from a vast zone of Asia.

So, like fake news (earlier post, Mexico and 'news' of English plans to occupy California), US travel bans aren't so new either. Let's hope we don't see too may reruns of centenaries from the 1930s.
