Good morning, So i´ve managed to have all spectra coordinated with the same 15N axis at the Zdim. Simon what do you mean by "create strips from there" and the "H on the Y axis"? In the hNcocaNH spectrum i have sequential amides (i ,i+1) and each peak corresponds to a different plane in the backbone spectra. I´m a little bit confused here. thank you, cheers, Tiago
