Hi,

I have an analysis/writing question and wonder if I can ask here.
In a study, if I have a priori hypothesis and a priori ROI, I think results from whole-brain analyses are usually treated as exploratory/global search and supplementary, right?
This is because we have performed our analyses in a ROI, but a reviewer asked us to check if it passes whole-brain correction (otherwise we can not make a strong claim to our hypothesis).

Best,

Manuel
