Dear all, I'm attempting to preprocess and normalize T2 scans to a MNI template without T1 anatomical scans. I see that in SPM 12 the normalization is done after segmentation, and that there is even a script (in the batches folder) that does this and segments GM and WM for scans without anatomical scans. I am hoping for thoughts/advice whether this method is preferable to the old normalization in SPM 8 that directly normalizes to the MNI template. Thanks for the help, Yoni
