The first Archives and Society seminar of this year’s series will be held on 3^rd October at 5.45pm in the Wolfson Room NB01 of the Institute of Historical Research, Senate House, Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HU.

 

This is your chance to hear about some of the exciting new research which has been carried out by Archives and Records Management Masters’ students:

 

·       Impact of reminiscence based services provided by archives for people with dementia, Medha Chotai, University College London

·       Reconsidering approaches to archiving performance: An investigation into archival practices to support a multidisciplinary understanding of performance documentation and archives, Camille Johnston, University College London

·       How open government data is used in capital accumulation, Edd Mustill, University of Liverpool

·       Introducing the citizens of tomorrow to the usefulness of archives through primary education, Sarah Singh, University College London

 

There is no need to book and the seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.
