Hi,

We are looking at gathering some data about how our users actually use the CAB we send out.

We plan to measure clicks from the bulletin to provide us with anonymous data that we can use to make sure we are providing the right information.

I’ve looked at Google Analytics but it doesn’t seem to be able to give us the level of detail we need. Bit.ly  looks more promising but would require us to truncate each link, which will be a significant job.

Does anyone have any experience of doing this? Are there any alternatives we should be exploring?

I’m happy to summarise any information for the list.

Thanks,

Carl.
