Hi All, Thanks to everyone who has replied; I'm slightly relieved to see that it's not just us who are experiencing this long-term problem. Interesting that clearing cookies has worked for some of you some of the time, because when we tried that it had no effect. It seems that Welsh and Scottish institutions suffering the most - it's an anti-Celtic conspiracy! Fingers crossed this will be resolved soon; if anyone gets a progress update from Lexis, please let me know. It's inconsistent for us - sometimes you will connect via shibboleth and get in fine, other attempts return the error message. We are finding that sometimes after clearing browser cache cookies and retrying, the user gets in on a second attempt, but not always. LexisNexis have advised us that their technical team are still working on resolving the issue. LexisNexis contacted me a week or so later to say that the problem was fixed, but our users were/are still having trouble. LexisNexis' technical team has carried on working on a fix since then, but no joy so far. I'm just curious: are we the only ones having this problem?
