Medline is a freely available database from the U.S. National Library of Medicine. We also have free access set up on EBSCOhost, Ovid, and Web of Science.

This is how I did the search and got 37 results.
I don't know why but I couldn't find 'exp "PATIENT DECISION MAKING"/ from theThesurus.
