We were also experiencing this problem yesterday and reported it to RCNI. They said it was a known problem and they were investigating.
We have removed our Shibboleth WAYFless urls in the meantime and relying on proxied links.

We have a similar issue here as well.
On campus access via IP is working but access via Primo/Shibboleth is producing an "opensaml::saml2md::MetadataException" error.
We also have an open support case with the RCNi.

Good afternoon everyone,
Is anybody experiencing problems accessing RCNi journals and articles after the upgrade, either via Shibboleth or via Summon.
We can access the journal titles on site and on/off site via eZproxy, via our A-Z which is populated via Intota.
I have contacted RCNi.
