Dear Joyce,

I run topup on B0 images to correct distortion on sphinx monkey's image data. According to previous post (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1504&L=fsl&D=0&1=fsl&9=A&I=-3&J=on&X=599F2861E0635350E2&Y=joyce.yu.guo%40gmail.com&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4&P=277738), I simply swap x, z column in the "acqparams.txt" file. BUT, topup result was so skewed, which looks like too much distortion correction has been down that middle section of the monkey brain is extremely arched around corpus callosum on the sagittal view. I wonder if it's because I used default configuration file "b02b0.cnf" that I assume is mainly for human brain.  If it's true, is there a way to change configuration file? or if it's possilbe I could upload my results somewhere for you to check? Thanks in advance!

yes, I think that is probably the best. Can you please put all your input (any file referred to on the topup command line) and output files in a tar-ball and upload to

and also send me your topup command line in a separate email.

Best regards Jesper

best wishes,
