the IMA/DICOM you get from Siemens physio recording WIP is a pseudo-DICOM for storing the recordings.
You can use mtalab to create the text files you need.
Hi,
I recommend you have a look at:
The 4D timeseries is the FMRI timeseries data (as stated on the wiki).
I'm not familiar with the .IMA format, but you need to somehow get a text file that contains the recorded values (e.g., pulse ox and bellows). You also need to have recorded scanner triggers, as otherwise it cannot determine the relative timing
of the imaging and the physio recordings. So hopefully that is in your file.
All the best,
Mark
Hi FSL experts,
I am using PNM to generate physio regressors for the first time, and I am having very, very basic problems of how to get all the input files I would need. So we are using a Siemens 3T Prisma scanner and collecting pulse and respiratory data. All what I got
from each functional run is a .IMA file for physio, from which I am not sure how to get the text file I need. And also, does Input TimeSeries (4D) refer to the functional brain images, or 4D physio file? Any hint would be great!
Thank you,
Yuqi
