Me too!  I thought I was going mad.  I've been on the phone to them 4 times today and they never mentioned anyone else had complained.

We have had nothing but trouble with EDI with Pearson.

 

Its showing an error now so cannot send the November entries.

 

They better get it sorted for Monday L

Is anyone else having problems sending edi files to Pearson via A2C, I have downloaded the new access key but I am now getting the error message policy violation and the file won’t send.
