Just received mine today. They usually start sending them out in the 1^st week of September, but it can be towards the end before they are all sent out.

Hi All

I was wondering if anyone has produced a statement regarding word processors I could have a look at.

Just going over the new JCQ book and found this line

A member of the centre’s senior leadership team must produce a statement for inspection purposes which details the criteria the centre uses to award and allocate word processors for examinations
