Dear mailbase, I’d like to hear from any labs running this assay for faecal calprotectin on their main chemistry analysers. We are about to start an evaluation on our Roche Cobas 502 and would like to allay concerns of probe blockages, sample contamination etc. Do you have any additional wash steps in place or mask all other chemistry on the platform while running a batch? Many thanks in advance, Nicola Nicola Pullan PhD FRCPath Consultant Clinical Biochemist Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust Combe Park, Bath, BA1 3NG Dir Line: 01225 824711 Visit our website at: www.ruh.nhs.uk/pathology<http://www.ruh.nhs.uk/pathology> ******************************************************************************************************************** This message may contain confidential information.
