Hi My design matrix contains 4 regressors of interest: taskAconditionA, taskAconditionB, taskBconditionA and taskBconditionB. There are different number of trials in each of these conditions so I was wondering if I should take into account the number of trials when computing the individual contrasts, eg for taskAconditionA should I do [1 0 0 0] or should I divide 1 by number of trials in that condition?
