Hello SHCG colleagues,

Can anyone identify this tool that was brought in today?

Many of our tools are off site at present, so I cannot readily check.

It is a small hand sized tool, and as you can see it has a handy little knife that withdraws into the lower jaw section. The little pin on the top does move a little, away from the white part.

The lady thought it might be to do with shoe laces....
