This is Fifi from Goldsmiths and I have recently joined the group.
We are currently reviewing how we evaluate and monitor training that we deliver to our staff.
As we are always looking at ways we can learn from best practice, I was wondering if anyone be willing to share their experiences with evaluating and monitoring staff learning and development? What methods have you found most effective?
I’d be grateful for any insights or any example forms/documents that you would be willing to share with us about the various approaches you take to evaluate your staff development activities.
