South Ayrshire Council are recruiting for a Co-ordinator (Registration, Records & Information). The Grade of this post is Grade 4 / Level 13, the hourly rate is from £23.46 to £24.92 and the annual salary is from £42,815 to £45,479.

What is the role?
To be responsible for the operational management and strategic development of all aspects of the Council’s Registration, Archives, Information Governance, Records Management and Complaints Service in accordance with the council policies and legislative requirements including Freedom of Information, Data Protection and Records Management.
With considerable improvements in records management underway across the Council, and preparations for GDPR, the immediate priority for this post will be information governance.  An exciting project to relocate Registration and Archives Services into a new purpose-built facility is now underway and is being led by the Service Manager.

The closing date is 24th September 2017.
