The 2017 Daphne Jackson Trust Research Conference will be held on Thursday 2nd November at the Royal Society, London (6-9 Carlton House Terrace London SW1Y 5AG).

The Daphne Jackson Trust offers flexible, part-time, paid Fellowships to STEM professionals who wish to return to a research career following a break of two years or more taken for family, caring or health reasons.

The Conference will be an excellent opportunity for potential and existing sponsors, supporters, and supervisors to meet and network with current and former Fellows, Trustees and Trust staff, to gain insight into the Daphne Jackson Trust, and to see just how well our Fellowships work. Current and former Fellows will present their research from across a wide range of STEM disciplines. Conference speakers will include Physicist Prof Jim Al-Khalili plus more names to follow.

The event offers a superb opportunity for delegates to network with individuals within and representing the UK STEM and higher education sectors. We are especially keen to hear from Science and Education Journalists and writers who would be interested in attending.
