Hi all,

I wanted to let you know about a new proofreading service (HD Proofing), specialising in scientific and medical materials, that I've set up with a friend and colleague.

As a scientist and communicator myself, I know exactly how frustrating it can be for a document to be rejected based on silly grammatical errors - be that a manuscript or an article pitch. I also know how easy it is for tired eyes to miss those silly grammatical errors and typos. I know I don't need to preach to the converted - all communicators know the value of a good proofing - but in my experience it can be tricky to find companies that are tuned into scientific jargon and fully aware of specifications and needs for different outlets. That's where we've tried to make HD Proofing different:

We explain a lot more about the different services we have on offer on our website (www.hdproofing.co.uk) so I won't jabber on too much here. If you are in need of a scientifically-geared proofreading company though, we recommend you check us out. We've got a few 'refer a friend' schemes coming up as well, so if you wouldn't mind spreading the word, we'd be much obliged, and you'd get some discounted proof-reading! It's win win!

If you want to have a chat about how we can help you just drop me an email ([log in to unmask]).

Thanks all!

Daisy, HD Proofing
