I had an employee who works in one of our technical departments who also reported the same skin condition. He did not report it to OH, because he thought his job could be at risk, but did some research himself and believes it is due to the accelerant in the nitryl gloves - hence the pattern of irrittation where it might rub onto the knuckles and hot spots between the fingers. He requested a change of type of gloves that does not have the same accelerant and this seems to have solved his problem in his case. He is being followed up for patch testing.
