Dear all

I've got a query about small isolated units operating in NHS organisations (e.g. 6 - 8 bedded units), and the micro-cultures or dangers or issues (e.g. isolation, supervision, engagement, sick leave) that can occur within them.

I confess I'm really going round the houses on this one - does anyone have any useful suggestions (or even reports from their own Trusts about this?)

Any ideas gratefully received.

With many thanks

Helen
