Hello Yes, we're seeing the same error message here in Salford - 'Sorry, your request can't be processed due to a system problem. Contact the Help Desk if the problem persists. [SD-008]' And when trying to download a PDF are being asked to sign in again. Interestingly when I spoke to someone on the phone earlier today they told me that there had been no other reports.
