The problem is with the first error:

/usr/local/fsl/bin/tbss_non_FA: line 96: /usr/local/fsl/bin/imglob: Argument list too long​

I suspect that you need to tweak the script in line 91 of tbss_non_FA IIRC such that intermediary files in FA folders do not get called up.


What files are in your FA folder?

Hi Matthew,

Could this problem be related to the FA registration target and the fact that it may not be a good target for AD maps. If so, how can I change the target map for my AD files. Plus, when unsampled AS images are created, where do they get saved? How can I check them.
