Hi,

I used MELODIC ICA to identify the DMN networks in two groups, viz, patients and controls. This was followed by a dual regression analysis and z-maps (FWE corrected, p<0.05) were generated.

I would like to know how to extract the mean z- values for each subject from the individual DMN z-maps?

May I know how to obtain those values? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
