Hi David,

This should work with the latest version of FSLeyes - download it from:

https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FSLeyes

Type the following to get the full CLI help documentation:

fsleyes render --fullhelp

Cheers,

Paul

Dear Mr. Paul McCarthy,

I having problems using new fsleyes application under mac.

I need to make a lot of images and batch processing command line mode of fsleyes seems to be perfect. A good beginning, in my opinion, is start looking for command line documentation. I have tried to use fsleyes using render mode with the following command line:

fsleyes render --help

But, nothing happens. Just fsleyes icon pop on Dock and command line keeps stocked until I hit Control+C combination to close program.

Please help me tell me what to do to solve this problem because I need this tool working with certain urgency.

My computer is MacBook Aluminum Late 2008 running 10.12.6 Sierra OSX Version with XQuartz version 2.7.11.

Thank you for your help

David
