Dear Anderson, Thank you so much for your help. I just have a few follow up questions: 1) I would like to see if there is an association between significant voxels in the ROI and some cognition measures. Here is the command that I am running: palm -i betas.csv -d FAC1.mat -t C.con -o FAC1_corrResult -n 1000 -corrcon -saveparametric -nouncorrected -approx tail -eb EB.csv Does this look correct to you? 2) If I have more than one factor/measure that I am interested in, do they have to be in one design.mat? I’ve seen them being run in separate design.mat files, with one design.mat file per measure. 3) Can I do a triple t-test with PALM? Thank you! Ekaterina
