Hi Lena,

Z-MAX X, Y, Z give the coordinates of the location in each cluster with the maximum value. Z-COG X, Y, Z give the centre-of-gravity of each cluster.

These coordinates might be in voxel corodinates (vox) or in world coordinates (mm), depending on how cluster was called.

Cheers,

Paul

Dear FSL experts,

I got the following from the TBSS outputs. Could you kindly explain what the xyz values are please?

Cluster Index Voxels Z-MAX Z-MAX X (mm) Z-MAX Y (mm) Z-MAX Z (mm) Z-COG X (mm) Z-COG Y (mm) Z-COG Z (mm)
1 678 0.978 -31 -69 -1 -33.5 -60.2 2.62

Cluster Index Voxels Z-MAX Z-MAX X (vox) Z-MAX Y (vox) Z-MAX Z (vox) Z-COG X (vox) Z-COG Y (vox) Z-COG Z (vox)
1 678 0.978 121 57 71 124 65.8 74.6

Many thanks,
