Good Morning, Does anyone use the Pearson POP system on laptops for offsite/work based learners? We are having a nightmare with Pearson and struggling to get the offline POP working. We have it set up in college and this is working fine, but the laptops is a different story. We have spoken to every department there is at Pearson and our last conversation instilled great confidence when we were told that 'no one knows what is happening with POP because staff haven't been trained on the changes to the system'. Can anyone offer advice or assistance with this please?
