Afternoon all,

Do any colleagues working in the charity sector have contracts with volunteers that they can share?

I am working with a client (disclosure: I am a contractor) with barely a legal team.

Although I can advise on the DP and confidentiality clauses, I am not a lawyer and know little about employment law. I need an agreement that avoids volunteers being able to make a claim for wages.

If anyone can oblige with a standard template that we can use to understand the sort of language that is needed, I would be most grateful.
