Aren’t the precedents against this – because of harm to relatives…

Hi,

I’ve been asked to look into whether any authorities have made a decision to “name and shame” individuals who have been prosecuted (successfully) for something like fare evasion, non-payment of council tax etc. and whether anyone has a PIA for this type of disclosure.

I’d be grateful for any leads anyone may have.

Many thanks,

Michelle
